Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with any account or subscription
- A statement that you wish to opt-out of the sale of your personal information under CCPA

You may also submit your request using the form below. We will respond within 45 days in accordance with CCPA requirements.
Processing Timeline
We will process your request within 45 days of receipt, as required by law. You will receive email confirmation when your request has been completed.
Trackers & Third-Party Advertising
In addition to selling personal data, CCPA considers the sharing of personal information with third parties for targeted advertising as a “sale.” Focusark.com uses analytics and marketing trackers that may collect or share your personal information, including:
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Clarity
- Other ad-network, affiliate, or social media tracking technologies
To opt-out of all non-essential tracking cookies and scripts:
- Use the cookie consent banner to disable “Statistics” and “Marketing” cookies;
- Or adjust your browser settings to block third-party cookies and scripts;
- Then submit your CCPA opt-out request via email or the online form above.
